The new upgoing news about ISIS (NIIS) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria that recently destroyed some national heritage of middle-eastern nations are a new tumor in the War on Terror. Firstly, they act like their former stronghold, Al-Qaeda, yet more devastating and cruel. They destroyed anything that came in their ways without looking at their instances. These were categorized worse than perhaps what Israel-State thought to be a Terror Organization, Hamas. Even so, all these Islamic Militants organizations had their reaping in looking at other Terror Organizations as such KKK in the USA and several others in Africa, Nigeria and Boko Haram were examples.

Looking at the teachings that they held about Caliphate, they resembles Extreme Salafi Jihadist Teachings, including the Tauhid of RMU and propagates blind Taqlid to others. These are the utmost crucial tools of Islamic Nations fighters, just like Indonesian Islamic Nations that were rising a couple of years ago, these teaching resided in their forms of thoughts. They were looking for Qishas or repentment in the wrong way by claiming their only rights (sola iutistiae). They have delusions of power over others and preventing them from peaceful living. They were a super-cell of Al-Qaeda that started in the south Turkey and the minor-Qurds (but not the Qurds) of Iraq and Syria. They are targeting everything, including all those who wont follow their orders. My fear is that they would even destroy Mecca, Isfahan, and even Jerusalem if we would not bow to their rule. Their ideas of caliphate was totally a false understanding and premonitions. None of them is worth a negotiation.
