Corruption Allegation in Sukamiskin Jail, Bandung, are Confirmed

After the caught in hand of KPK over the head officer of Sukamiskin Jail, interrogation shown that despite all facts, the head officer confessed that he had alleged in corruption. It was found that he asked the detainee for cars and even give the keys of the cells to some of Sukamiskin Criminals.

This is very saddening since Sukamiskin had been one of the biggest jail in Bandung, Capital City of Indonesia. It is also confirmed with the facts of many Gangs still exists around the area. They are treated like usual people and are not like detainee but house contract in the Jail that they are detained. This has given bad pictorials over Indonesian Police. Yet, the main person already caught, the practice of Corruption in the are also has to be eradicated.

Over the news, there are also possibilities that other jails in Indonesia also alleged in corruption. In Bandung alone there are three main jails or more and cells in every Police Sector. This added the work of KPK in synergy with Indonesian Police to work harder and greater also to make more collaboration to prevent any kind of corruption.

The reality of Indonesian System is now seen that it is not only Police Officers duty to protect the nation from the crime of corruption but all Indonesian people in general.
